MARK HARTSELL

- PRESIDENT

President and General Manager of Carolina Concrete company. Mark is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a degree in Marketing and Management. His background includes sales and technical management for cement and concrete companies spanning over 25 years. Mark is a former President of the CRMCA and is ACI, SCDOT, and NRMCA certified.

JERMAINE PUTMAN

- GRAY COURT PLANT MANAGER

Jermaine is a native to Laurens County, and is married with 3 children. Jermaine joined our team in 1998 as a mixer driver and worked his way to becoming the Gray Court Plant Manager as well as the company Chaplin in 2014. He is the Pastor and founder of Bread from Heaven Family Church in Gray Court, South Carolina. He is a graduate of Higher Ground Christian Development Bible College and Seminary where he received a Bachelors in Biblical Studies, his Masters in Divinity, and is currently working on his PHD in Theology. Jermaine is certified by the South Carolina Governor's Office as a volunteer with the Guardian Ad Litem Program for Laurens County, and also a South Carolina Notary.

GREG WEAVER

- GREENVILLE PLANT MANAGER

Greg is a Laurens County native, and a graduate of Piedmont Technical College's Business Management Program. He joined the Carolina Concrete Team in 2014 as the Clinton Plant Manager, and took over as Greenville Plant Manager in 2016. Greg is a certified ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Level 1, SCDOT Level 1 Concrete Field Technician, and NRMCA Plant Manager Level 1. Greg, his wife, and 2 children are members of First Baptist Church of Laurens. His hobbies include spending time with friends and family, golfing, working out, watching sports on TV.

KENNY WILSON

- NEWBERRY PLANT MANAGER

Kenny is a Laurens County native and a United States Army veteran. He has been in the concrete business since 1997 and a part of the Carolina Concrete Team since 2007 as Newberry Plant Manager and Senior Plant Manager. His certifications include: ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Level 1, SCDOT Level 1 Concrete Field Technician, and NRMCA Plant Manager Level 1. Kenny has been married for 13 years and has 4 children.

BRAD CHEEK

- DIRECTOR OF FLEET AND PLANT MAINTENANCE

Brad is a native of Laurens County and a graduate of Lander University with a BSBA in Management/Marketing. He joined the Carolina Concrete team in 2010 as the Director of Fleet and Plant Maintenance. His certifications include: ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Level 1, SCDOT Level 1 Concrete Field Technician, and NRMCA Plant Manager Level 1. Brad, his wife, and daughter are members of First Baptist of Clinton. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.

BOB LYNN

- CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

Bob is Carolina Concrete's Construction Superintendent. He has over 35 years of construction experience and has supervised a curbing crew, flatwork crew, and a pool contracting service. Born in New Jersey, Bob grew up in Florida and North Carolina. Bob is a certified ACI concrete finisher, and a Marine Corps Veteran.

SCOTT BODIE

- DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Scott is a Laurens County native, and graduate of Piedmont Technical College's Business Management Program. He has been a member of the Carolina Concrete team since 2008. Scott started out as a Plant Manager before taking over the Director of Operations position in January 2015. His certification's include: ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Level 1, SCDOT Level 1 Concrete Field Technician, and NRMCA Plant Manager Level 1. Scott is also a member of the Laurens County Young Farmers and Agribusiness Association, South Carolina Young Farmers and Agribusiness Association, and a volunteer with the Laurens County 4H and FFA programs. Scott, his wife, and 2 kids are members at Bellview Baptist Church in Laurens.

MIKE BISHOP

- LEAD MECHANIC

Mike is a Laurens County native and a graduate of Piedmont Tech in Automotive and Diesel Mechanics. He is responsible for all fleet maintenance and has been in the concrete construction business for over 30 years.
